The AICPA submitted a comment letter in response to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency’s advance notice of proposed rulemaking regarding the Guiding and Establishing National Innovation for U.S. Stablecoins Act (GENIUS Act, P.L. 119-27). The AICPA responded to questions related to assurance requirements, including both attestation and audit requirements.
