Andrea Millar
Andrea Millar, RLP®, CSA, CFLA, CPA/PFS, currently works part time with the AICPA PFP Division. She spends the remainder of her time providing life planning and coaching services through the business she founded, Andrea Millar Life Planning. She is immediate past Director of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Personal Financial Planning Division. Her responsibilities included working with AICPA leadership and the Personal Financial Planning (PFP) Executive and PFS Credential Committees to drive initiatives on behalf of AICPA members who provide tax, estate, retirement, investment and risk management planning to individuals, families and business owners. Andrea stepped down as Director a few years ago to focus on her passion for life planning and coaching. She has spent the past seven years embarking on a deep dive to learn more with rigorous coaching programs, enriching books, master teachers, and enlightening people who are seeking purpose, meaning, and intention in their lives. She holds the Registered Life Planner (RLP®) credential from the Kinder Institute of Life Planning, has a coaching credential with the International Coaching Federation, and is a Certified Sparketype Advisor with The Good Life Project. She has a passion for guiding her clients from where they are to where they want to be in a way that brings together the art and science of human potential. Prior to joining AICPA, Andrea spent most of her career in the Personal Financial Planning Division at KPMG, LLP. She focused on ensuring her individual clients and their closely held entities needs were met in the areas of tax, estate, retirement, risk management, and investment planning. Andrea received her degree in accounting from North Carolina State University and holds her CPA license in the states of North Carolina and Virginia. She also holds the AICPA's Personal Financial Specialist credential.
Ted Delgado
Ted Delgado serves as Vice President Finance & Controller at the Grocery business unit of the McLane Company, which provides logistics solutions to retailers and restaurants throughout the United States. Between 2018 and 2022, Ted held the roles of Sr. Director, Controller and FP&A Director at Amplify Snack Brands, The Hershey Company's Salty Snacks Division. Previously, he was Hershey's Director, North America Controller. Ted joined Hershey in 2001 immediately after graduating from Elizabethtown College and held multiple roles in Internal Audit, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Regional Controller positions within Hershey's international business. Ted earned his M.B.A. from The Pennsylvania State University and several certifications including CPA, CGMA, CMA, CFM. Throughout his multiple roles, Ted led financial and business transformation initiatives that enabled forward-looking business decisions and the implementation of sustainable financial and business capabilities.
