  • Stay focused under pressure
  • Lead with confidence when the course gets tough

She will be joined by Candice Miller, a seasoned business development coach, who brings practical strategies for rebuilding momentum, strengthening client relationships, and leading with confidence when plans stall.

Alexandria Romero, Director – CPA Pipeline at AICPA and CIMA, who is also a graduate of our AICPA Leadership Academy Program, Chair of the EDGE Leadership Track at ENGAGE, and a 2025 Global Women to Watch Honoree, rounds off an incredible list of female finance professionals.

Cindy Miller
Cindy was told she wasn’t good enough. She proved them wrong—and built a career helping others do the same. A former LPGA Tour player, LPGA Professionals Hall of Fame member, and University of Miami Sports Hall of Fame inductee, Cindy competed at the highest levels of professional golf, captaining two National Championship teams and finishing second on The Legends Tour Money List at age 49. Today, she is a sought-after keynote speaker, executive coach, and founder of the Own IT Academy, where she helps leaders and professionals unlock peak performance using the same mindset system she forged through elite competition. Known as the “Master of Mulligans” and a regular on the Golf Channel, Cindy blends championship-level experience with real-world business insight. Her proprietary Own IT System—built on The Nail, The Mirror, and The Seed—provides a practical framework for overcoming limiting beliefs, resetting after setbacks, and performing under pressure. She is also the author of Take Another Shot at Business, Golf, or Life — a guide that bridges the mental game of golf with the demands of modern leadership.
