Amy West
CPA, CGMA
Amy West is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AHRC New York City (“AHRC NYC”). AHRC NYC is an organization that provides critical services to people who are neurodiverse. Amy has direct responsibility for AHRC NYC's operating budget of over $350 million and manages a staff of ninety. Prior to joining AHRC NYC, Amy served for eight years as the Director of Finance of the Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation. She also held the position of Vice President of Finance and Budget at the United States Fund for UNICEF and worked as an auditor for Ernst & Young LLP specializing in the healthcare and not-for-profit industries. Amy began her career as the Coordinator of Fiscal Operations for the New York Public Library. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Hunter College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. Amy is the Chair of the AICPA Not-For-Profit Industry Conference.
Kevin Doyle
Kevin Doyle is the Senior Director of Rating Methodology for Charity Navigator. Along with his primary responsibilities of charity data collection, research, analysis, and evaluation, Kevin works towards improving the evaluation system and process. Before he joined Charity Navigator, Kevin worked as a community organizer and field manager with Clean Water Action, a national nonprofit dedicated to protecting the environment and public health. He graduated from Columbia University with a B.A. in Psychology. Kevin spends his time playing board and computer games, reading 1920s mystery novels, and trying to explain why the Tour de France is awesome to anyone who will listen.
Scott Konrad
Scott Konrad leads global insurance broker HUB International’s North American specialty practice that helps over 21,000 charitable organizations to surmount their most pressing corporate risk management, insurance and human capital challenges and accounts for nearly $2 billion in annual premiums placed into the global marketplace. A 47-year industry veteran whose resume has included leadership roles with global brokers Johnson & Higgins, Marsh, Willis, and with the Episcopal Church’s denominational insurance facility, Scott has devoted the past half of his career to advocating for nonprofit organizations and is deeply engaged throughout the sector. Scott is a graduate of Colgate University, a seven-time honoree as Power Broker® to the Nonprofit sector, three-time honoree as a “Top 100” insurance executive to watch, and a nationally recognized author and speaker on nonprofit risk management themes. He is accredited in Risk Management for Churches & Schools by the University of Cambridge (UK) and brings an ‘insider’ perspective to his work as a servant leader of civic, professional, and religious organizations.
Carolyn Mollen
CPA
Carolyn Mollen, CPA is the Vice President for Finance & Administration and Treasurer at Resources for the Future (RFF). She specializes in not-for-profit accounting and operations issues, with an emphasis on financial reporting, budgeting, and talent management. Prior to joining RFF, Carolyn was the chief financial officer at Independent Sector. She previously served as a manager with CliftonLarsonAllen LLP in their outsourcing department where she gained broad experience with many nonprofit organizations. Carolyn is a member of the FASB Not-for-Profit Advisory Committee. She also is a member of the board of directors at the Greater Washington Society of CPAs, where she chairs the Nonprofit Financial Accountability Task Force and previously served as chair of both the Not-for-Profit Section and the Not-for-Profit Symposium. In addition to her professional memberships, Carolyn serves as president for Travelling Players Ensemble, a nonprofit theater camp. She earned her bachelor of arts at the College of William and Mary, a certificate in accounting from the University of Virginia, and a master of public administration from George Mason University. She is a licensed CPA in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
